High quality billet 4340 or EN40B material ready to be manufactured into a crankshaft. Remember, not all 4340/EN40B materials are equal. Our stock is X-ray and sonic tested to ensure that the material quality meets our high standards!

02 Machining of excess material

Exacting machining process & removal of excess material.

03 Heat Treatment - Quenching

Roughed out crankshafts are heat treated via quenching and nitriding

04 Final Machining & Checking Processes

Final Shaping & Measuring process with triple checked quality control.

05 Complete Crankshaft

Finished Nitto 4340/EN40B billet steel crankshaft - quenched, heat treated, fully counter weighted, nitrided & balanced.
